I'm Olivia.

What is the difference between the Academy and the Career Agent Programme?
The Academy is a series of videos that you can watch at your own pace. You work through it independently. The Career Agent Programme is a 1:1 coaching journey with Olivia.
Is this also for me if I'm still employed?
Yes, absolutely. Many clients start while they are still working. We discreetly build your visibility and positioning. The further you are in your career, the more important it is to lay this foundation properly — so that you become less dependent on vacancies or recruiters.
How much time does this require per week?
In the video series you decide for yourself how quickly or slowly you work through it. In the 1:1 this is also open for discussion, though Olivia recommends setting aside 2 hours every week or every two weeks. That way you get results faster.
What if I'm not good at LinkedIn or Social Media?
That’s not a problem at all. We are here to support you every step of the way. We explain what we do and why. After that, we move straight into execution (in the Career Agent Programme). That is precisely the point — we will sharpen this for you.
What's the pricing?
The videos can be downloaded directly and the price is listed there. For the Career Agent Programme you can request a free intake call, after which you will receive the quote directly in your inbox. The Career Agent Membership is reserved for clients of the Career Agent Programme, as they already have a well-refined brand and know their target audience of potential clients or employers — which allows us to move faster.
Is this programme for employed leaders or self-employed professionals?
It’s for both! In fact, if you are employed and dream of starting your own business, this is definitely the right journey for you. In the Career Agent Programme, Olivia makes the exercises “double-sided”. Starting from your unique DNA, you can use this both for your role as an employee and for your business. Two birds, one stone!
