They move when things look fine on the outside, but don\u2019t feel aligned on the inside.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"cust-new-real\">How I\u2019ve seen the signs<\/h3>\n<p>As an executive recruiter and now career agent, I\u2019ve learned to spot those subtle signals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The executive who admits they\u2019re hitting all the numbers, yet feels strangely unfulfilled.<\/li>\n<li>The leader whose brilliant ideas get stuck in boardroom politics.<\/li>\n<li>The CCO who tells me, \u201cMy team\u2019s thriving, but I feel like I\u2019ve stopped growing.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sometimes, it\u2019s not even the executive who notices first.
