We start by analysing and describing your personal and unique DNA.  This way, we get a clear picture of your ideal company and work environment, the type of team you function best in and, of course, the job requirements that suit you best.

In an in-depth interview, we analyse your 10 most important core competences.  I map out your motivations, your values and your intrinsic motivation, because these will make the difference in the long run, not only for you but also for your future employer.

In addition to the in-depth interview, we will have you take an assessment so that we can double-check the DNA we are looking for.  Furthermore, we will also get a picture of your leadership competences – communication and presentation style, goal-oriented and decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities and time management.

After we have a full picture of your values, the company culture and much more, it is time to prepare yourself as well as possible for the job interview with the client or your future employer.  That way, neither you nor the client will lose any time.  You will have a much deeper and to-the-point conversation.

From the intake, the presentation of the vacancy, the preparation for the job interview, the state of affairs, the scheduling of appointments, the exchange of feedback after the interview and the salary negotiation, I take care of you completely from A to Z.  Even after the contract has been signed, I remain at your service behind the scenes. In any case, there are two follow-up interviews between us and the company, after three and after six months.
