On the page https://www.unitedtalent.be/vacature you can leave your data via the button “apply now”. We store the following data: name, e-mail, phone number. We only keep this data until the vacancy is filled. After expiration date, all your data are automatically destroyed and deleted from our database. This also applies to www.unitedtalent.be/contact.
Ip address: we may collect anonymous or aggregated data of a non-personal nature, such as browser type or IP address, the operating system you use or the domain name of the website through which you came to or leave our website. This enables us to permanently optimize our website for users.
2.2 Personal data communicated by commercial partners
The commercial partners working with United Talent have strict agreements among themselves and strictly follow the law. Once your personal data from these partners reaches us by email, we take responsibility. United Talent does not pass on any personal data to third-party partners without your consent.

Your data and agreement are stored securely in a non-publicly accessible database.
We have implemented the following security measures to reduce the risks of misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data: Anti-virus, Web application firewall, Email inbox and computers and smartphone are password protected, United Talent’s office is locked when no one is present, we never use an unknown and/or open-access Wifi, both websites use a reliable TLS Certificate
5. Confidentiality and Right of Access and Correction
5.1 Confidentiality
United Talent guarantees that it has taken sufficient practical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality of data in its internal operation.
5.2 Right of access and correction.
The clients, candidates and users can have his/her personal data corrected or deleted upon simple request. In addition, the user has the right to request at any time that his/her data no longer be used for the purposes for which it is intended.
The user can do so by sending an e-mail to peggy.janssens@unitedtalent.be or by letter accompanied by a copy of your identity card.
You are completely free to communicate your personal data to United Talent or not. However, your personal data are necessary for our services.
5.3 Right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Printing Press Street 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be. This is without prejudice to a remedy before a civil court. Should you suffer damage as a result of the processing of your personal data, you may bring a claim for compensation.
6. Adjustments
It goes without saying that the processing of personal data can evolve over time as a result of amended legislation, technical progress, etc. United Talent reserves the right to amend this privacy policy in the future if necessary. When this happens, United Talent will inform its users in an appropriate manner via the United Talent website.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction clause
This Privacy Policy is governed, interpreted and implemented in accordance with Belgian law, which is exclusively applicable in the event of any dispute.
The Court of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of this Privacy Policy.
